Want help setting up Cognos BI on a J2EE-compliant server

I am setting up IBM cognos BI on a J2EE compliant server. If anyone knows how to do this, please help me.

In my experience, it's usually not worth the headache.

By default, Cognos will be deployed to a pre-configured tomcat instance (this is included with Cognos). This works great.

Pure opinion: Cognos is tested (and used) in a bundled tomcat instance much more than in WebLogic / WebSphere.

I've seen customers burn up a ton of time deploying to WebSphere or Weblogic, but in the end there is no real net profit.
