Microsoft Dynamics AX - Resources for New Developers

I'm trying to find good resources to help me understand how to use the .NET Business Connector without going deep into X ++ and those other AX-specific things.

First of all, I want to get a little more information on the basics of using AX, and after that I want to move on to AX Developers for .NET.

So, suggestions for books and resources for this?
