Create Xml

Hi everyone, I am new to iphone application development .... I tried parsing XML and did it pretty well .... but now I am facing the problem of generating XML for my view ....

let's say I have a view that has a text view with some content in it ... I can create XML for it .... does the iPhone SDK have some APIs to execute it? Thanks for any suggestion .....
