Monodevelop 2.2 on OSX - Debugging disabled

According to the Monodevelop 2.2 Feature Matrix, debugging should be available on OSX if you install Mono 2.6.3. I did this on two of my Macs, but couldn't seem to enable the Debug menuitem feature - it remains disabled. The type of project I'm trying to debug is a Moonlight project and as per preference there is a Moonlight debugger in Monodevelop and I can even bring it up to the top level as my preferred debugger.

Debugging works for MonoTouch though - so I can debug C # MonoTouch app.

Does anyone know how to enable debugging?

Unfortunately, you cannot debug Moonlight / Silverlight projects on OS X.

The SL browser plugin on OS X is MS Silverlight, not Moonlight, and we don't have access to the MS Silverlight debugging API / protocol.
