A programming language named "C Set 2"

Question

Does anyone know anything about a programming language named "C Set 2" that is referenced by the SEI function point metrics statistics?

I tried to say something about this programming language, but this language name is a collection of non-primary keywords.

C Set / 2 was the C compiler for OS / 2. Used it when I was running OS / 2 for a day.

C Set / 2 was an IBM C product for OS / 2. I think it was just IBM's C version, but that was a long time ago.
