Setting up a Dynamics AX 2009 development environment using TFS

After about a week I am trying to set up the development environment of the Dynamics AX 2009 team and continue to follow the roadblock after the roadblock (mostly about setting up TFS).

Are there installation instructions working to use Team Team Server 2008 with Team Team Server 2008? Has anyone ever gotten this combination (AX TS and TFS)?

The official setup documents are riddled with errors (saying / Sites instead of / Websites) making them the real PitA! The MS MB6-820 certificate and its training material say nothing about distributed programming, only about installations with one user.

How do others set up a distributed AX dev system? Send MS servers to handle it?

ARG! The problem seems simple:

Never install AX Team Server on a non-English version of Windows Server!

Some strange translators have translated the name of computer accounts. For example, the system account "NT AUTHORITY \ NETWORK SERVICE" is named "NT-AUTORITÄT \ NETZWERKDIENST" in the German version of Windows Server.

Many programs now have a hard drive name, so they cannot find the account they are interested in because the name does not match.

Point of History: Always install AX 2009 on an English version of Windows Server.
