InstallShield 2009: Remove DLL (used by explorer.exe for context menu) during uninstall without warning

Install Shield Premier 2009: MSI Base Project

I have a dll that needs to be removed during uninstall.

But this dll is used , used by explorer.exe , it is used to create Windows Explorer context menus with their icons (same as menu items, icons that we see when we right click on any file / folder and see WinRAR items, icons ).

Manually , I have to unregister the dll and close explorer.exe from the task manager and start explorer.exe again. Then I can delete the dll.

So, from Install Shield, how to remove this DLL without any problem (as we can see when uninstalling WinRAR or other software, no problem, no message boxes are displayed and the corresponding context menu icons are also removed).
