Where does Eclipse store SSL keys?

I am trying to use the JIRA dashboard plugin from tigris.org to connect to our back-end JIRA server which has an invalid SSL certificate. I would like to import the certificate into the keystore used by this plugin, be it the Eclipse keystore (which is where?) Or its own.

If that helps, here's the error message:

sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: Failed to create PKIX path: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: Could not find a valid certification path for the requested target

How can I find my keystore?

It turns out that Eclipse does not store keys, it uses the jssecacerts keystore provided by the JVM
