SplitView in iPad - support two views without popover

In iPad view, can you support two views in landscape mode as well as portrait mode without having to use a popover? (Maybe just adjust the width of each view in the portrait, not the popover) How do I go about doing this?

This can be done in several ways.

For example, a controller has two additional view properties. Add them as sub items to the view controller view.

When the view controller appears and every time the view controller rotates, check the orientation and adjust the width and position of the views. You want to animate the properties so they look good.



Try using the auto-resist properties of views as it will make your life easier.
