Floating inner div in parent

Please fill out the form to verify your identity:

     ...

What I get: alt text http://uppix.net/5/1/6/342256fb5ed24938b5d8bed634772.jpg

How can I make the inner (red) div float on top?

first make sure you reset all the fields of the element (using reset css ) if it still doesn't work you can trymargin-top: -X

Do you mean "please fill out the form to verify your identity"?

If so, from the looks of the code you provided, it might be a margin issue from one of the items in modalBox. make sure the "please ..." div has margin-top: 0;

who can fix it.
