Question

What kind of websites are out there that gives you the "Developer" the ability to block clients from changing html?

I use to know what he was calling, but that was years ago. The site basically allowed the developer to add id or class tags internally so the site knows that the client can make code changes between tags with a specific id or class. Hope someone knows. This is killing me.

Not sure about anywebsite ever allowed this functionality without using a Content Management System (CMS). Perhaps you remember about a specific CMS system?

Or is it WIKI you are after?

Or maybe you're thinking about Adobe Dreamweaver and Contribute (formerly Macromedia).
