How to create an ASP.NET Association Form for SharePoint Workflow?
I am reading Professional Programming Microsoft SharePoint 2007 Workflow.
This book provides detailed information on how SharePoint works, but not on the procedures for creating a workflow.
I wonder how to create an ASP.NET association form (instead of an InfoPath form).

This project provides some templates for creating a request form. Even if you don't keep using them, they can help you learn how to create them.
