Debugging in visual studio takes 5-15 minutes per page (aspx)

I am running Pentium 4 2.8 ghz with 1.7g gigabytes of RAM.

If you add your files to IIS it won't take time to run it from localhost instead of debugging it from VS

Do you have antivirus running on your machine?
If you have, try disabling it and debugging your site again.
