Working on MySQL stored procedure returns list of data problems

I want the stored procedure to return a list of data, just like a "select". But the PHP / MySql engine my hosting service doesn't support this feature. The only output parameter I can provide are primitive types like int, varchar, etc.

So, I tried to concatenate the entire list into one big line using a cursor.

But my request needs to be dynamically generated. In mysql, I cannot use dynamic query in cursor.

Any solution for this?
