Sivlerlight Spy cannot load 'System.Windows.Controls.ChildWindow'

I am currently testing Silverlight Spy ( http://silverlightspy.com ) however it shows a strange error when I use the ChildWindow control.

This error only appears when I open my Silverlight application in Silverlight Spy.

I am using Silverlight 3 Beta.

I contacted the owner of Silverlight Spy and this is a known issue. This will be fixed in the next release.
