Is there a parser and object model for ASPX and ASCX files?
I can't for the life of me figure out why you are trying this, but you can look at the HTML Agility Pack :
"This is a flexible HTML parser that creates a read / write DOM and supports simple XPATH or XSLT (you actually DO NOT HAVE to understand XPATH and XSLT to use it, don't worry ...). It's a .NET code library. which allows you to parse "offline" HTML files. The parser is very tolerant of "real world" malformed HTML. The object model is very similar to what System.Xml offers, but for HTML documents (or Streams). "

The DMS Software Reengineering Toolkit can parse C # in both full files and chunks (like stuff inside <%%>) and can parse HTML in both clean and dirty format (stuff you actually see in HTML files). The DMS automatically creates trees ("DOMs") for what it parses.
With a little effort and an HTML dialect with <%%> it would be easy to identify and then the ASPX files could be parsed. We've already done this for PHP already.
