How do I automate BlackBerry debugging with Eclipse?

I am developing an application for BlackBerry 8900 and I use features that make me test / debug it on a real device. I am looking for a convenient way to automate the build-deploy-lanuch process.

Process:

  • Attach the package and sign it
  • Download it to your device
  • Start a debug session in Eclipse

With the newest version of the BlackBerry plugin for Eclipse, step 1. is almost painless, but I would like to get rid of the dialogs that I am missing some debug files. Step 2. and step 3. must be done manually. Ideally I would like to turn it all into one script macro, Eclipse, no matter what ....

Has anyone tried something like this with success?

You can use BB-Ant-Tools to automate any process, such package, sign and launch .

Alternatively, you can use javaloader.exe to download to your device .

Some links: this is also about on-device debugging this .
