Can I use XpsDocument class in Windows Form application

I am trying to convert an XPS document to BMP so that a C # Windows Forms application using MODI can read it because I understand that MODI cannot read XPS files, only .tif and .bmp

I cannot find the XpsDocument class.

Can anyone tell me how to include this in my Windows Forms application?
