Failed to get

I have a ccnet.config file that is shown below the initial one I have a clear case. Now, since my ccnet is checking for changes, and when it finds some changes, it should have this source code, but it doesn't.

How do I get this source code for my local machine.ThreePartition is an assembly that should be implausible. I am assuming my below code is just checking for changes in my vob object? I have to add more tags for ccnet to fetch the latest source from a clear case.?
