Build and Integration Environment for Java / Java EE
Is there such a thing in a standard way?
including
Java source code - test code - Ant or Maven JUnit Continuous integration (possibly cruise control) ClearCase version control tool Deploy to application server
in the end I would like to have an automated build and integration environment.

The toolbox can be
Ant
- Ant files can be generated with intellij
- Then you need to write some ant to run your tests!
- Then you need to write some ant to package your application
- Then you need to write some ant to deploy the application
- including configuration of queues, databases, etc. ( dbdeploy might work for this)
Subversion is good and easy. ClearCase is shocking, stay away.
If you are using Java EE then you will probably have a website, if so you can use WebDriver , possibly in combination with WindowLicker
If you have a database broker or jms, make sure each developer has THEIR OWNER! This is very important - make sure everyone has a copy with which they can do what they like, and obviously a continuous integration (CI) environment should have its own copy too!
The ROI of such an environment can be enormous. In my current project, we have a two-click automation to production coming straight from TeamCity.

I suggest installing below:
Spring Toolkit www.springsource.org/ - IDE with maven plugin for development and Accurev plugin for repo management.
Accurev www.accurev.com - For source code repository / version control.
Maven maven.apache.org - for the build process.
Hudson hudson-ci.org/ - Automate build and integration.
JIRA www.atlassian.com/JIRA - for tracking bugs / bugs.
Rally www.rallydev.com - for project management.
