Database usage error while installing Dynamics AX 2009 Team Server

I have installed Team Foundation Server to be used as a VCS for Dynamics AX 2009.

Now I tried to install AX 2009 Team ID Server (on the same server as TFS) and get the following error during installation, no matter what I do:

An unhandled exception happened in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and try to continue. If you click "Exit", the application will close immediately.

Unable to delete database "AXTS" because it is currently in use.

The error looks silly as the installation of AX Team Server created the base itself!
I would say that some error has occurred and the installation is trying to delete the database (no success since the installation itself uses it).

Can anyone help me install AX Team Server?
