How do I know if my winform is on top of other windows in C #?

I need to know if a particular window in my application is on top of all other windows (including other applications). I tried the property TopLevel

, but it says it is only Toplevel in my application, I also need to know for other applications. How can this be done while choosing not to use the Windows API?
