How can I programmatically add a mailbox alias in Exchange 2007 from a C # web application?
As the subject says, I have a C # (.NET 3.5) web application that communicates with an Exchange 2007 server. I need software help (preferably from the web application itself), add a new mailbox alias to a specific mailbox. and then set a new alias as the reply address before sending mail.
I'm new to scripting, but from what I've read so far, most people seem to suggest Exchange Powershell to do this. Any hints of a third part API that will address this issue would be appreciated. I looked at the EWS API, but from what I've seen so far, it doesn't seem like what I'm looking for.

You can use "managed code" for this. Basically, you are communicating with Powershell programmatically.

This and other sources you can search through Google should help you write C # code to do Powershell tasks.
