Ajaxcontrolkit calendar management - setting

Is it possible to set up calendar controls in such a way that, say, you have a vacation home rental system. can dates that have been booked appear in red and disabled in the ajaxcalendar control?

Start forest - get away from the ajax management toolkit. jQuery is your friend.

Here is a link to jquery Ui calendar. There are other good plugins, as well as other good javascript libraries, but MS lags behind jQuery and jQuery UI is the official UI library.
