Interpreting w3wp.exe thread-infos, makes mscorwks.dll! StrongNameErrorInfo + 0x7688 has negative impact

I am trying to interpret the value "mscorwks.dll! StrongNameErrorInfo + 0x7688". I'm guessing this means that the assembly loaded by mscorworks.dll doesn't have a StrongName? If so, does this have any negative impact on the web application?

Is it safe to assume 107 threads means the web application needs a maximum of 107 concurrent threads to handle incoming requests?

Offset 0x7688 strongly indicates that this is the wrong method name (and a character correctness issue).

107 threads seem to be very high, if not much blocking occurs while serving requests, maybe time to do some operations asynchronously?
