Does anyone know of a good tutorial for Tab bars?

Does anyone know of a good tutorial for Tab bars?

My app is currently "view-based". I need a tutorial on how to do this so that my main nib loads the view from the other nibs and when I click on different tabs it loads the other nibs.

Erica Sadun's iPhone Developers Cookbook has a good recipe for tabs on page 126, including customizing a panel from a list of controllers.

TheElements sample code in the Apple SDK - Lots of links on StackOverflow and elsewhere to combine with navigation controllers (always add navigation controllers to the tab bar, not the other way around!)
