SMTP headers in VB.Net without ransom

I am writing a mail component for a VB.Net application and I need to handle emails differently that were sent to someone. Although the Outlook object model provides the "SentOnBehalfOfName", it does not provide an email address for this side. Presumably it's in the "OtherHeaders" field of the SMTP header, but I don't see an easy way to access them through the Mailitem object. Am I missing something simple?

our hacky workaround right now was to build a dummy answer. the reply-to field is populated based on the sentonbehalfof name, so we can grab it and destroy the dummy. inelegant for sure, but it works

Can you find the name in AD or GAL? or you can find PR_SENT_REPRESENTING_EMAIL_ADDRESS with the MailItem.PropertyAccessor id you are using 2007
