State Machine Workflow Developer for Windows WF

I want a Windows State WF designer, I find a sample code from Microsoft and a visual studio desginer host from Sequence Workflow in a Windows application, but I cannot use it for State Machine, Is there a desginer for State Machine or can I host visual studio in another Windows application?
