How can I find answers to all the questions in this Stack Overflow question?

I tried to answer a "hard answer" like this one , but I didn't know if my answer (Apache Chainsaw if you insist) was already written or not.

Is there some kind of search engine to search across all the answers to the question asked? Something with a graphical interface, "normal". That is: not a hack for RSS feeds, not an external search engine hack. Something normal for the average web user.

Ctrl + F and find the words you want and see if they appear. If paging becomes an issue, the built-in method doesn't really matter (unless you manage to create one yourself, which might one day be when Jeff opens the StackOverflow API).

This is not ideal, but may be required until then.
