Synchronizing SQL data with mysql server

you should check sync services for ado.net . You will need to write some code, but you will be able to sync with any database for which the ADO.NET provider is available. There is a MySQL provider available from http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/net/6.0.html

Are you currently using the Microsoft Sync Framework? While this is easiest to set up between a SQL CE database on a mobile device and SQL Server 2008 on the server side, it is also possible to write custom SyncProviders for other DBMSs. I only had experience writing a custom sync provider for the Oracle backend, and here's how to do it in detail: http://www.syncguru.com/projects/SyncServicesDemoOracle.aspx - but you can write a sync provider for any vendor-supplied DBMS. net.
