Tomcat redeployment problem:
In the directory log file, we see this error message in some cases when the web application tries to redistribute:

It looks like the app is redeployed due to NAS (network attached storage) being temporarily unavailable. Perhaps this body means "cannot access", but I like to understand the reason and the message.

It actually looks like it has something to do with . tld file in a JAR somewhere containing a poorly formatted URI . Check the JAR content in the application you are redeploying.
(Also why are you redeploying ROOT?)
