Class name in Windows Forms

I am curious about dynamically changing a class name in a .NET application. For example, WindowsForms10.SysTreeView32.app.0.19fd5c7. The last line "19fd5c7" has changed, but I don't know what is causing it to change. Is it a version, GUI modification, environment, OS or what?
