Image Rotator Search is similar to WPF Carousel

Is there a good article or source code where I could find a WPF image rotator (automatically navigates) similar to the WPF carousel?

I'm not interested in DevExpress Carousel Control for WPF . I'm just looking for a simpler approach to do this.
