Preventing FxCop from Accessing GotDotNet

I run FxCop and it fails with error code 16777217. A quick googling shows that this is happening because FxCop is trying to access the website at gotdotnet.com.

I am using FxCop from the command line (actually wrapped in an MsBuild community task). How can I make it not access the getdotnet site from the command line?

Which version of FxCop are you using? The current version (1.36) was released after gotdotnet was closed, so there should be no more links to this site. You can find it here here
