Intermittent Divide By Zero error in classic ASP pages

This is strange. A web application that runs fine on Windows Server 2000 is experiencing intermittent errors on Windows Server 2003 R2. Intermittently, I mean that I and two testers can find the bug within 5 minutes of navigating the web application.

The error is always "division by zero" - 800a000b

The most common line of code that it doesn't work with is in the include file. Line:

Response.ExpiresAbsolute = Now() - 10

Once I change it to:

Response.Expires = 0

I can no longer get the error on this page. However, then I start getting the error on other pages. So far I have had the following lines of code reporting the error:

nSearchPos = CLng((nLBound + nUBound) / 2)

and

next

I am currently creating an "R1" instance of Windows Server 2003 to see if I can reproduce it on that server.

If you google for this, you will see many people with similar problems. I'm not sure if I have a good answer, but this ...

... has some reasons why the problem occurs. Do you have any third party components that might be causing the problem?
