Can I run C # inline unit test in a build machine?

Is it possible to run a C # inline unit test on an assembly that doesn't have Visual Studio installed? We are thinking of adding a unit test to our Visual Studio 2008 C # project. Our build does not have a VS installation and we want to integrate a new unit test with our automated build system. Does MSTest execute the Team Test executable unit test?
