Attendance Management System

I am looking for an open source attendance management system, I would like to be able to customize the features.

Please recommend some of the ones written in PHP.

I am running BPO with about 20 employees.

I want to track their daily check-in and check-in times.

I have no idea what an attendance management system should be able to do exactly, but take a look at the PHP section at opensourcecms.com . They have multiple calendars, project management tools, etc. For testing a disk, perhaps one of them comes close to what you need - it's often just renaming shortcuts or categories.
