ReStructured Text - Exit Header?

I have a reStructuredText document. rST uses =====

etc. as the header format.

However, I need to include some lines that have this text, for example:

some of my text
=====
stuff
=====
some more of my text

      

        
        
        
      

    

And I don't want to be ====

interpreted as a title i.e. I don't want there to stuff

be a title. I would prefer that these equal signs are just shown as they are.

Is this possible in rST?
