Windows CE 6 replacement for Wordpad

I am developing a Win CE 6 OS image and want it to fit into the "Windows CE Embedded CE 6.0 Kernel Run License".

This means, among other things, that I have to uninstall the Wordpad application. In terms of product maintenance and development, I would like to replace it with something similar but free.

One thought was to make a simple editor in C # / CF.Net, but I'd rather like to find something to plug in and work, preferable to free, or at least cheaper than $ 15 per unit. will cost.

Are there any suitable licensed text editors available for Win CE 6?

I don't need a text editor, just a simple text editor for editing xml and text config files. The editor must be able to handle utf-8 / unicode.

I ended up writing my own simple file editor in C # / WinForms. Not really, but getting the job done.

cke is pretty good and I'm sure you can do some kind of deal with it. CEdit is another good one.
