Sharing library files between apks

Can I share a library between two applications / apks where is it packaged with either of them?

You can present Events from one application to another so you don't have to share libraries.

Depending on the data type, you can use a shared DB or a folder / file on an SD card. With files / folders, you will need to manage consistency as both applications can run at the same time :)

Take a look at this tutorial page for using library resources - it might help you get a general resource model. Please note that Android SDK 2.0 and pre-1.5 cannot build libraries for some reason. http://developer.android.com/guide/developing/eclipse-adt.html#libraryProject
