C # Net CF - how to take a snapshot without interaction?

Is it possible to take a picture using the phone camera without user interaction? I would like to write a short application that will only execute a sequence of images, and the user should be able to set the number of shots, location, quality and time between shots. Once launched, the application should take snapshots without further interaction. This program should, for example, take a sequence of 250 images of moving clouds so that I can make a film in ten seconds from these photos.
