SP call that returns long selection using LINQ

I am calling SP using linq and SP is returning a very long string. but when i get the string it gets truncated. is there a way to increase the return length in linq?

This might not be a LINQ to SQL issue. This may have to do with the way you declared the variable containing the output of the stored procedure inside the sproc itself.



Another possibility might be that the stored procedure variable was changed after the DBML classes and entities were generated. In other words, you can have varchar (100) in LINQ and varchar (200) in your stored proc. If so, you need to restore your DBML.
