Java TL1 protocol

Does anyone know of any Java SDKs / libraries for communicating over the TL1 protocol which is open source?

After going through this right now, I can tell you that nothing is open and free. There is a Perl TL1 toolkit https://noc.sara.nl/nrg/TL1-Toolkit/

What I ended up with was writing my own TL1 Java api. It's not particularly difficult. The most difficult part is handling all of the vendor's implementations of the TL1 standard. You can always refer to the Perl toolbox as a starting point for porting your own api.



Another option is to use one of the commercial Java TL1 apis. Googling will find them pretty easily.
