Custom Workflow Engine for ASP.NET Application

I want to use a custom workflow engine for an ASP.NET application. The workflow engine should provide a web graphic designer for the end user and an API for a graphical workflow interface designed by the end user. Does anyone have any suggestions for open source .NET with custom workflows or commercial products?

I have used both Windows Workflow Foundation ( WF ) and K2.net (I think they are now called blackpearl). Both are great, neither open source, K2 is a bit overwhelming.
