No write access to SQLite for django-apache-wsgi app

Presumably, the user ID your application is running under does not have write permissions to the file where you saved your database, or there are permissions issues in some directory along the path. So what does ls -l or -ld (or the Windows equivalent) say about all the permissions concerned, and which userid does the webapp have?
