The easiest way to get form data from an HTTP request is through CGI . This includes reading environment variables which are executed with the getenv function .

First of all take a look at webtoolkit .
You can use this to make your life easier.
Secondly, you can read about network protocols.
Third, look at your docs on the web server, they can provide an interface to create a deamon that will allow you to read the HTTP socket and the data that is sent through it.

Next time the next time you write a question, try to be as specific as possible.
Explain a use case and provide a test case.

You can use the CgiCC library which gives you what you are looking for. You can also try some C ++ web frameworks like CppCMS.
