How do I have more than one JToolBar on the same screen?

How to put multiple JToolBars on the same screen and let them float. We usually put the JToolBar in a container with a BorderLayout. if we put all the JToolBars on a panel then put the panel into a container we have a problem letting them float. any ideas?

Simple. Instead of a toolbar, there is a panel. This panel must have a flow layout. Then start adding toolbars to it. The toolbar floats by default, so you can move it around.
