Changing verbs for file type in Vista

In XP, you can change the verbs for the file type (open, change, print, etc.) with Tools-> Folder Options. I cannot find this on Vista.

I know there is a programmatic / registry-math way to do this, but how do I change this in the UI? Googling didn't help me much.

Vista (and later) has removed the File Types tab and there is no real replacement, the closest you can get Programs by default in Control Panel, but it doesn't give you the same control over verbs, you can only choose from a fixed list provided by the products installed on your computer.

There is also a third party program called "Default Program Editor" that you can take a look at.
