Crystal Report: Displaying Single Column Data to Multiple Column Rows
Crystal Reports in Visual Studio 2008 with C # Typically, single column data is displayed as
Column1
val1
val2
val3
val4
val5
val6
val7
val8
BUT, I want to show data from one column in the following format:
Column1
val1 val2 val3 val4
val5 val6 val7 val8
val9 val9 val10 val11
.......
.......
.......
Please help me figure out the output in Crystal Report

This can be done by dividing the detail section into columns.
- Right-click the Details section in the Design View and select the Expert section.
- Check the
Format with Multiple Columns
Extra tab box on the top right of the layout will appear. - On the Layout tab, set the width to 4.5cm (for portrait) and make sure it is selected
Across then Down
.
This will split the pieces into 4.5 cm wide columns.
