Finding redundant custom functions

I am profiling an application that has a boatload of loads in many files and I am trying to isolate functions that are never called.

Any ideas before I proceed?

I don't believe there is an easy way to do this. print_r(get_defined_functions());

in a file that can be included at the end of each file or globally. Collect the output and search all your files for function calls. This will disable your features.

Move all the functions into an include file, comment out the functions, and then commit an application error. When you get errors for these features, do not comment on the features to fix the errors. At the end of all checks, you will have a list of comments that are not being used.

It's not easy anyway.
